Whom do I contact if I received the wrong item in an order?

If you believe you received the wrong item in an order, you should contact Inventory Control at (317) 595-0400 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Should you in fact have received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item (typically via 2 day air, determined on a case-by-case basis).
