The package I received from Facets looks like it was damaged in shipment. What do I do?
Please contact our Customer Service Department
and we will schedule a carrier driver follow up. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we have a response from the carrier.
